  3. Allow people to choose Stripe OR PayPal when checking out

    We need to be able to let customers choose whether to pay with Paypal OR Stripe. Right now you have the system set up so that we can integrate both, but we can't actually use both integrations on one meeting type.

    This is a must have. Discount/Promo Code - for providing clients with discounts for what they purchase or schedule. If they purchase a package - then we can issue a code for them to use online.

  7. Select weeks / date / time when you are not available

    Select weeks / date / time when we are not available. For instance, i leave my office for 2 weeks holidays , therefore i select the dates so that no one can book meeting. I can select from 15 to the 31 dates and mark as unavailable. Thank you

  9. Get a hold of support without having to signup for some other service.

    I really need to get a hold of support, but the only options are WhatsApp, LINE, or Telegram. Why do I need to sign up for another messaging app just to open a trouble ticket. Madness!

    Fix timesynch booking system Since Sunday, no one can book anything through the site. I cannot reach support, no one is responding on Whatsapp and there is no email to contact anyone on. Can someone please give an update on what is happening and when will it be fixed? it is significantly impacting my business and my bookings

    It would really help to be able to have clients be able to book two weeks in advance. Sometimes 10 days in advance is too short and 30 days too far in advance

  13. chose what you pay option - to allow people to pay by donation

    It means anyone that would like to have a space available by donation, which many practitioners are offering that approach. As costs of living are increasing and people are more stressed than ever, as part of my business I like to offer a pay what you can space where anyone regardless of their financial ability can come and receive the support they need. So being able to have that feature would mean i can take more clients on a pay as you can basis. it should work by having at the payment option an option to insert whatever donation they want.

  14. Option to use our own SMTP to send out Email Confirmation and Reminders

    Love the ability to customize email content! Thank you Team ! One Request would be the ability to add our own SMTP natively to send out Email Confirmation and Reminders. This can be a global account setting ( like cname ). This is important as deliverability and email reputation would be from our own SMTP. Also it would be a better branding expirence when customers receive emails sent from our own domain. Hope this can be considered! ( as there are other booking systems that allow custom smtp )

  15. One schedule availability across all events

    One schedule availability across all events we create so we don't have to repeat creating the schedule per event. It's also good if we could see how we made our schedule in one calendar example so that there will be no overlaps or mistakes/avoid customer problems.
