Love the ability to customize email content! Thank you Team ! One Request would be the ability to add our own SMTP natively to send out Email Confirmation and Reminders. This can be a global account setting ( like cname ). This is important as deliverability and email reputation would be from our own SMTP. Also it would be a better branding expirence when customers receive emails sent from our own domain. Hope this can be considered! ( as there are other booking systems that allow custom smtp )

At the moment, we can only remove the Novocall branding from appointment confirmation email but can’t add our own logo instead. It would be nice being able to customize confirmation email with our own brand logo.

It means anyone that would like to have a space available by donation, which many practitioners are offering that approach. As costs of living are increasing and people are more stressed than ever, as part of my business I like to offer a pay what you can space where anyone regardless of their financial ability can come and receive the support they need. So being able to have that feature would mean i can take more clients on a pay as you can basis. it should work by having at the payment option an option to insert whatever donation they want.

One schedule availability across all events we create so we don't have to repeat creating the schedule per event. It's also good if we could see how we made our schedule in one calendar example so that there will be no overlaps or mistakes/avoid customer problems.

Ideally, we can send a "poll" to anyone, not just teammates. teammates would be something else altogether

So that invitees can find mutual availability by comparing with their own calendars

In my terms and conditions, I tell my clients that they can't cancel a class later than an hour before it's supposed to happen. Late cancellations are non-refundable. But I'd like to be able to prevent them from using the cancel link as well. Is it possible to implement?

I mainly use iCal for my calendar. Would be great if you can create direct integration with it!

Embed video in booking page to give context/intro about the meeting or short demo.

For the booking page, we need to use a brand color palette. Having a different CTA button color helps to use bright colors that stands out which is a must for the CTA button.

Schedule days into the future shows currently: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,30,90,180,365 Would be helpful to have a 15 day option

Create a mobile app for those who aren't able to get to a PC to make changes. The mobile version of TimeSync is very buggy and not easy to navigate.
