Improve Buffer Time Setting (Before and After Appointment)
There's a client giving feedback:
It would.be good to have this apply to any duration.
eg if Timesync looking for a 60min time ...
Let's say there's an existing appointment at 12pm and 2:30pm (both 60mins)
With a 15min buffer before and 30min after, Timesync would see an available window from 12:15 - 2pm, so would allow a 60min appointment at 12:15, 12:30, 12:45, 1pm but not 1:15 (which would finish at 2:15, failing the "30mins buffer after" criteria).
At the moment it allows a 1:30 appointment which leaves no gap before the 2:30 existing meeting.

I pretty much put the same request on WhatsApp -
"When we set up an event on Timesync, there is no option to set up' time gap' between 2 calls (like Calendly and others have).
So as a consequence, timesync allows users to select consecutive slots. For eg. one call from 10am - 11am and then the next one from 11am to 12am. Whereas,
- Calendly has "Want to add time before or after your events?"
- Tidycal has "minimum meeting padding"
Problem - (a) we have to keep someone waiting on the next call while we switch calls (b) we do not get time to take a pause jumping from calls to calls.
Current makeshift solution - I set up a call for 20 minutes and then mention the call is only for 15min in the text to get the 'timegap'. But this sounds very unprofessional.
