I just need to be able to invite a bunch of people to a round-robin meeting so that we can find a time that works for everyone. So maybe that would be like a guest team rather than a full-on team member? A third role called collaborator perhaps where are the only permissions they have are to add their availability to the calendar so that we can find a place that syncs for everyone
