It’s a major step backward that you now only have WhatsApp and Messenger support in your support chat widget. Many don’t use Facebook or WhatsApp for privacy reasons as the Facebook privacy detail grab is way too much especially after the new terms. So it’s a shame you have locked your users into Facebook properties just to be able to chat with your support. Really wishing for Telegram and/or Signal support.

You already support Telegram in the chat - you could simply enable it.
